Plant Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in plant operations and a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and conducting routine inspections to ensure efficient operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate plant equipment, such as front end loaders and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Follow safety protocols and compliance standards at all times
• Maintain accurate records of operations and performance
• Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and strong leadership skills
• Flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs

Qualifications:

• Valid Front end Loader (Excavator and HR)
• Current Driver’s License
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
